Chapter I — The beginning

Lunéa began in 2017 as a side project between two people with backgrounds in cosmetics and design, working from a small studio outside the usual industry channels.

The goal was modest: make one fragrance we'd actually want to wear every day, without the shortcuts.

Chapter II — How we work

Every fragrance is developed and blended in our own studio — we don't outsource formulation. A scent typically goes through dozens of versions over 12 to 24 months, tested on skin across seasons because temperature and humidity change how a perfume wears.

We only move forward when a version still holds up after weeks of daily wear, not just on a first impression.

Chapter III — Our materials

We use natural raw materials wherever the quality justifies it, and high-grade synthetics where they perform better or where a natural source would be unsustainable. We're not purists about it — what matters is how the finished fragrance behaves on skin.

We'd rather grow slowly and keep that consistent than scale quickly and lose it.
